Tea Party Catering Pricing
We are excited to help you with all of your tea party needs. Whether it's a baby shower or a birthday party for adults and kids, we are here to help. Our team specializes in tea party planning,
design, and tea party food catering. You can also rent our beautiful tea party sets and low tables for indoor or outdoor picnic-style tea parties.
Tea Party Catering
Humming Cup catering is available for tea parties Monday through Saturday between 10 AM and 7 PM at the comfort of your home. Pricing starts at $50 per person with the minimum of 12 people.
Package Includes:
- Food delivery from local bakeries and personal chefs
- Table set up
- Beautiful tea setting arrangement with tiered trays, tea sets, teapots and silverware
- Premium teas
Party add-ons for additional fee:
- Guest favor gifts. Premium tea pouches with thank you note attached to the pouch.
- Tea party decor planning with our design specialist.

Boho Style Table Rental
If you need to rent tea party settings without food catering we can offer you a free delivery in Austin, Texas. You can rent from us any day of the week. Pricing starts at $395 for one table with blankets, sitting pillows and a table runner. Fits up to 8 people.

- Boho style low table
- Pillows and blankets
- Table runner
- Beautiful tea setting arrangement with tiered trays, tea sets, teapots and flatware. Priced per person.
Party add-ons for additional fee:
- Tea party food catering $50 per person.
- Decor services with our specialist to help you choose specific decor for your party (balloons, flowers, candles, extra pieces of furniture). Please reach out to discuss.
Please book your tea party minium 2 weeks in advance.
Reservations require a credit card on file and hold a 10% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance will be charged 7 days prior the event. Cancellations must occur 7 days prior to rental otherwise you will be charged 50% of the total price for the event.
*Note: Please note, we do not offer and can't serve alcohol but you are welcome to provide it for yourself at the party. All additional service, product and delivery fees must be paid to other vendors.
