1. How many products do I get each month?
Every month you’ll receive two bags of our organic and sustainable specialty teas and one self-care product.
2. Can I pick any tea for my subscription?
Yes, we invite you to mix things up! Pick any three of our organic tea blends, including Strawberry Green Tea, Jasmine Gold Dragon, Earl Grey, English Breakfast, or Wild Blueberry. Not sure which tea to try? Let us help. Just select "any tea" at checkout.
3. How much tea is in each bag?
Each bag contains 12 biodegradable tea pyramids. Since the pyramids contain a healthy amount of high quality tea, you might be pleasantly surprised to discover that 1 tea pyramid can easily make 2 cups of delicious tea.
4. How much tea can one tea pyramid make?
One tea pyramid can make 8 to 16 ounces of tea. If you love stronger tea, use 8 ounces of water. This will make your tea rich in color and high in caffeine content.
5. What are tea pyramids? Are they different from tea bags?
Yes! Tea pyramids, or tea sachets, contain high quality loose leaf tea. Regular tea bags typically contain low quality tea, also known as "tea dust." Tea pyramids are easier to brew than loose leaf tea. All you have to do is add 1 tea pyramid to a cup filled with hot water, steep it for couple of minutes, and enjoy.
6. Does your tea contain caffeine?
Yes, our organic specialty black and green teas contain caffeine. Our seasonal herbal teas are naturally caffeine-free. You can find more information on our tea packaging.
7. I don't know how to make tea. Where can I find more information?
We’re here to help. When you subscribe to our newsletter, you’ll receive video tutorials from our founder about tea brewing basics. Also, each tea box offers helpful instructions.
8. How many calories are there in your tea?
Our tea is naturally calorie-free.
9. Why do you sell only organic tea?
We are very strict about our health and what we put into our bodies. Most non-organic teas contain chemicals that can potentially cause long-term health complications. Our teas are grown and
manufactured without chemicals and pesticides and are certified by the USDA and Texas Department of Agriculture.
10. Can I order new teas if I want?
Absolutely! Let us know one month in advance. You can tell us through the contact us page and we’ll send you a confirmation email.
11. Can I exchange or return tea that I don't like?
We are unable to accept food items. However, if you’re not 100% satisfied with your tea, we will refund your money. We love our customers and want to ensure you have the best experience with us. Send us a message regarding your concern through our contact us page.
12. If I am traveling, can I skip a month?
You bet! Just send us a message and we will pause your subscription.
13. How do I cancel?
Cancelation is simple. Just go to THIS page to cancel your subscription.
