Character: A true Indian style chai, this blend is based on good strong Indian and Kenyan teas blended with an ancient spice recipe almost as old as the Kama Sutra itself. The taste is heavenly - ginger and cardamom intermingle with cinnamon, cloves and hints of black pepper.

Steeping Instructions:

• Heat purified or spring water to 212 F (100C). Add 1 heaping spoon of tea to a 8 oz of water. 
• Steep 2-3 minutes for mild brew. 
• For medium strength brew steep 4-5 minutes.
• For the strong brew 5-10 minutes. The longer the steeping time the stronger the tea. 
• Add milk and sweeteners to taste.
