Ingredients: Ginger, Turmeric root, Carrot, Beet, Pineapple pieces, Calendula petals, Natural flavors.

Steeping Instructions: Heat purified or spring water to 212 F. Add 1 heaping spoon of tea to a 8 oz of water. Steep 3-7 minutes.
